Script Analysis: Script to Scene
Script Analysis: Script to Scene
In this course, actors explore a process for ‘honoring’ the script. While the actors experience great benefits from the physical acting techniques and how it moves them ‘out of their heads and into their bodies’, it is equally important to develop a process for how to access that authenticity and freedom when working on a script for an audition or a project. In this class, the Actors will be guided through a process that begins with 'studying' the script and ends with 'living in the shoes' of their characters. You will learn which questions to ask and how to go about making choices in order to discover and connect to the life beneath the words.
