Week 1: Lucid Body Immersion
The Lucid Body: Immersion (Basics 1 & 2)
The Lucid Body is a Psycho-physical approach to actor training. It is for actors who desire an intensive and transformational experience for bringing greater life and vitality to their acting. In this course you will develop an awareness of your own physical and emotional habits of expression as well as an in-depth process for moving beyond those habits in your acting. Through a wide range of exercises you will develop greater authenticity, depth of expression and range in your acting.
Maximum Number of Participants: 18, *Open to Non-actors.
Week 2: Master Class- Advanced Lucid Body & Application
Master Class:
The Master Class is designed for actors to learn to integrate the Lucid Body into their performance work. Throughout the week you will be guided through a step-by-step process for applying the Lucid Body to your roles and auditions. Classes will begin with 2hrs of Advanced Lucid Body exercises followed by Individual Scene and Monologue work. The LB exercises are designed for you to learn the Embodiment Process for: Crafting to Conflict, Character Development, Dramatic Arc, Building Relationships and Partner work.
*Pre-requisite: The 5-day Lucid Body Immersion or Equivalent. This class is limited to 16 Actors.

Times: Monday-Thursday 13:00-18:00, Friday 11:00-16:00

Payment: Payments will be made via direct invoice. Sliding Scale rates are available for those in need. These spaces are limited. There is a $10 processing fee added to each additional payment. All Refunds are subject to a 2-3% processing fee.
