In this 2-day workshop, actors will receive an in-depth intro/refresher to The Lucid Body Technique. This transformational approach unlocks actors creative energy and gives them a process for making bold, and authentic, choices in their acting. 

The goal of this intensive workshop is for actors to experience the value of the Lucid Body technique. Actors are encouraged to bring a monologue or a scene to the workshop.
