In this course, you will explore the full arc of the Lucid Body Technique.  The objective is to experience the transformative nature of the technique and to learn to integrate it into your acting.  

This innovative physical acting technique uses the chakra energy centers as a way to explore the connection between your body and emotional/psychological expression.  It is an accessible process that will give you tools for making bold and authentic choices in your acting.   

This is a challenging class for actors at all levels of experience. *Non-actors who are curious about life and personal growth are also welcome.
